Session Infomation

I work from the Endeavour Centre, 94 Mandurah Terrace, Mandurah. The centre is centrally located and easy to find with plenty of parking at the rear of the building. Access may be gained through the front or rear entrance.

I generally work Tuesday to Thursday. I endeavour to cater for any work commitments by offering some appointments both earlier and later in the day . It is best to schedule appointments at the same time/s each week. If you cancel without giving 24 hours notice, except in an emergency or illness, you will be charged the regular fee. My fee is $80 per session. Bookings may be made via telephone or in person.

Confidentialty

The information you reveal to me during our professional relationship will be kept strictly confidential. Any notes I may take during or after a session will be stored in a locked filing cabinet to which only I have access.

As a professional counsellor I have regular clinical supervision. Supervision is a collaborative process in which case material from my own practice experience is reflected upon and discussed with a senior colleague. All discussions between my supervisor and myself are held in the strictest confidence, your name and identifying information will be changed to protect your identity.

Your Rights

You are welcome to tell me how the process is going for you at any time and to ask any relevant questions you may have. It is your session time and I will be there to support you in a way that feels most comfortable for you.

At any time during our work together, you have the right to terminate the counselling relationship without obligation, except to pay for services rendered. At the conclusion of our work together a final closing session has proved to be important in obtaining a positive closure for clients. You are free to initiate further sessions at any time in the future.
